 How to use the White Light:
1. Brush Teeth As You Normally Would.
2. Apply A Narrow Strip Of Gel Along The Inside Of The Dental Tray.
3. Place Dental Tray on your teeth.
4. Place The Light Transmitter Against The Dental Tray.
5. Wrap Your Lips Around The Outer Rim To Hold It In Place.
6. Press The Button To Turn On The White Light Transmitter.
7. The Transmitter turns off when completed (10 mins).
